The Sun Traveller LLC, 6410 Poplar Avenue, Suite 340, Memphis, TN 38119. A Tennessee limited liability company and the only one behind this site. It arranges trips. It operates none of them and holds none of your money

The airlines, hotels, ships, rail companies, car companies and tour operators named in your written proposal. They perform the trip, take the payment, issue the documents, and set the terms that decide a refund

What is sold on this website

Nothing. This site is a catalog and a way of reaching us. Every figure on it is a from price for information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and no trip is booked until an operator has confirmed it in writing to you.

Payment, refunds, returns and delivery

These four headings appear on most commercial sites and this one has to answer them plainly rather than by silence.

Payment

Not taken here. There is no checkout, no card field, no payment processor and no stored payment method anywhere on this site. You pay each operator directly, on their own system

Refunds

Not issued here, because nothing is received here. A refund is the operator's to make, under the terms printed in your proposal, and the cancellation page sets out how that works

Returns and exchanges

Not applicable. Nothing physical is sold and nothing is shipped

Delivery and shipping

Not applicable, for the same reason. Travel documents are issued by the operator, electronically, to you

Subscriptions

None. This site sells no recurring product and stores no billing relationship

Outside services

Companies other than this one touch some of what you see here. A hosting provider puts these pages in front of you, and at some later point a lookup or booking tool may run from a subdomain of this address under somebody else's control. Where that happens, the outside company's own terms and its own notice about data govern from the point at which you cross to it, and this document does not.

That paragraph is written now, before any such function exists, so that adding one later does not quietly make these terms untrue.

We take it seriously. Where we are wrong we correct it in writing and tell you what changed

It says what it says. Where it differs from this website, the proposal is the document that counts

Not ours. The operator performs it and answers for it. This is what an independent agency is, and pretending otherwise would be a claim we cannot back

What you are responsible for

Entry requirements

Passports, visas and permits for your nationality and route. We do not advise on them

Insurance

Not arranged here. Whether you carry it is your decision

Health

Vaccinations, medication and fitness to travel, including a frank reading of the demand section on the trip page

Accuracy of names

Names must match the documents you will travel on. Operators charge for corrections and some refuse them entirely

Being there

Check in times, meeting points and the reconfirmation your documents ask for

Things this site does not do

Countdown clocks, seat counters and expiring figures

Not used, anywhere, including on the offers page

Reviews, ratings, stars and awards

Not shown, because there are no real ones

Claims about safety of a destination

Not made

Claims of accreditation, licensing or bonding

Not made. This office publishes no membership number and no registration number, because it makes no such claim

Price matching or price guarantees

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, and by the federal law of the United States where that applies. Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the foot of the page changes with them. Where a change affects a trip already confirmed, the terms in your proposal are the ones that hold.

The Sun Traveller sells nothing that it operates. The flights, the hotels, the ships, the vehicles and the guides described on this site all belong to other companies. This office finds them, checks them, books them and stays with you until you fly, and it owns no part of any of them.
